Hong Kong can also be translated as "fragrant harbor." Spices and goods from all seven seas were transshipped. An important ingredient in this tea was stored moist in the Hong Kong style. It is Shu Pu Erh, a post-fermented tea that is said to aid digestion and boost the metabolism. This tea is traditionally drunk after a hearty meal. Contains licorice!
