A special Hong Cha (red oolong tea) from the Lugu Valley in Taiwan, which is reminiscent of cane sugar with its sweetness. In the finish, the tea creates the amazing illusion that you have just eaten lots of pieces of dried pineapple. A delicate sourness caresses the palate and is offset by dark bitter notes. A delicious reminder of Taiwan's pineapple pastries.
