A stem tea with leaf panicle, that is Kukicha Karigane. Here we have an excellently processed semi-shaded tea. During production, the stems and part of the leaf panicle are separated from the actual leaf. Kukicha is therefore a product that is left over from further processing. This is why the price is relatively cheap. We can only recommend the strong, spicy taste. Connoisseurs will appreciate its strong umami. In summer, Kukicha is very good for making cold infusions with a slight fruitiness overnight.
